Sholay Fitzroy

This interior mural installation was commissioned for Mukkah Restaurant in Fitzroy, Melbourne and spans three feature areas throughout the venue. The centrepiece is a large-scale hand-painted Sholay mural, celebrating the iconic Bollywood film through cinematic portraiture and bold colour gradients that anchor the dining space as a visual focal point. Surrounding ornamental murals inspired by traditional Indian patterns extend across walls and architectural archways, creating a cohesive and immersive cultural environment. Painted directly onto brick and plaster surfaces, the artworks strengthen brand identity while enhancing the customer experience, establishing the restaurant as a memorable themed dining destination.
